This lemon juice diet also known at the master cleanser is a brilliant way to lose weight fast. But it’s not easy to stick through all 10 days. My 3 tips will help you do just that.
So for those of you who don’t know what the lemon juice diet is, here’s the quick and dirty. You live on nothing more than a lemonade drink for 10 days.
But the first tip is to eat a lot of raw salad and clear soups the 3 days before you go for your lemon juice diet. This will help get your stomach used to small amounts of food.
My second strategy that I can offer you is to make sure you’re warm. You’ll find that you become more sensitive to the elements when you are on the lemon juice diet. Your metabolism is slowing down and you’re burning fat so you’re getting lean.
You’ll be able to keep warm by being out in the sunshine. This is ideal as you’ll notice that you feel the cold more easily. And being in the sun also helps keep your spirits buoyed.
My last strategy to successfully complete this lemon juice diet is to take ‘er easy. You need to be relaxed in both body and mind in order to really succeed with the lemon juice diet. If you’re able to be on holiday while doing it that is the best. But either way, no strenuous activity. Try and incorporate leisurely walks and yoga. And don’t sweat the small stuff.
