The Best Water For Your Workout

Sunday, September 5th, 2010

This may sound like a strange statement because it would imply that certain types of water is better for you than other types. After much research time and energy it is a conclusion that many have come to, that not all water is the same. Water is consumed by everyone on earth on a daily basis, it is a fundamental building block to all life and therefore is extremely important. Due to this importance those that are serious in regards to their health, physical activity and weight loss should pay close attention to the water they drink, because keeping their bodies in top shape is vital.

As previously mentioned some have come to the conclusion that not all water is equal. It would be prudent then on the part of hard core exercisers and the like to make sure then that what they drink is the best possible quality water and the best possible hydrant that gains access to the deepest parts of your body for the best possible results.

Today’s drinking water usually comes from one of the following sources: A) The faucet by which we collect and filter it through some household filtration system like Brita or Pur or some other means, B) A company that delivers bottled water in 5 gallon jugs, or C) Water bottled and distributed through grocery stores and super markets usually ranging in size from gallons to individual size bottles. These types of water pose a problem for those that are looking for maximum hydration, because no matter how much you filter or clean the water, the processes the water goes through produces the same effect on water, in that the water becomes “clumped” together and turned into large clusters of h2o that have a challenging time penetrating deep into your body.

To say that today are a large percentage of people worldwide are de-hydrated would not be that far fetched and could almost be said as a fact. The reason this can be said is just take a look at what happens when someone is rushed to the emergency room. Just about every time, the very first procedure done on that person is injecting an iv into their arm to re-hydrate them. Doctors have known for a long time after working with patients for many years that people today are de-hydrated. If you were to research as to why this pandemic is happening and why so many of us fall into this category you wouldn’t have to look far. Just look at the way water is processed today and you will see that water is very far from it’s original pure form, it has lost it’s ability to hydrate because the clusters are just to large.

A single molecule of water is made up of two part hydrogen and one part oxygen, giving us h2o or water. Water molecules over time though begin to attract to one another and go from a single molecule to a cluster of water molecules ranging in size of 3 to 5 molecules combined together. With even more time and processing as much of our water goes through these average clusters of water grow in size up to 10-15 molecules and form in a sense a “super cluster.” These “super clusters” penetrate our bodies as we drink them, however are too large to pass through the small “nooks and crannies” of our bodies, with the end results passing through or urinary tract accomplishing very little and leaving us de-hydrated.

As a solution to the hydration problem many companies have researched and designed what are called water ionizers. These ionizers change the properties of water through a complex ionizing process suing electricity and titanium/ platinum plates. In addition to many other enhancements to the water itself a byproduct of the ionizing affect is what has been referred to as “microclustering.” If this sounds like the opposite of “superclustering”, you would be correct because water ionizers separate these clusters and get them close to their original form. The end result is a cluster of water made up of 3-5 molecules verses 10 to 15.

Several companies offer water ionizers, and a few of them offer high quality well tested accurate products. Jupiter Ionizers, Life Ionizers and Enagic corp. are a few that are noteworthy. If your goal is to get the best quality workout from your routine, or to increase the level of your game or just plain get in the bast shape of your life and have energy, drinking the highest quality, and purest form of water is essential. Microclustered water will help you in hydrating your body and taking care of those important muscles and organs to keep you healthy for a very long time.
