To burn fat, it is necessary that you do a cardio workout a few times a week. This is because cardio workouts have been proven to get your metabolism revved up to burn more calories and fat.
Once you get into a routine it in not as hard to burn fat. It’s getting to that point that is hard. Keep in mind that most experts agree that it takes at least 3 weeks to a month of consistent effort before one has established a new habit.
